fellow hunters,
Summer is
ending fast and the fall is progressing well. It
looks like our whitetails have came through the
summer fat and healthy. We have seen a lot of twin
and triplet fawns this year. Good rain fall with
mild temps has kept Blue Tongue at bay and kept the
deer comfortable. The outcome apparently means big
racks for the taking this fall. If you are fortunate
enough to kill a big deer on tape and would like
share it with Relentless Pursuit we will air your
footage during the 2010 season. The best shot video
will be awarded a free Mathews bow. Footage must be
shot in high quality or HD formats. So get after
those big bucks! Children will receive gifts for
their submissions no matter how good the footage.
Now let’s talk Elk. This year I will be airing a
show I just finished in Alberta. Big elk are rare in
Alberta so basically I was hoping for any elk with
horns. So when a monster 340 came screaming into
range both the guide and I about freaked out. This
elk took 2 arrows through the heart and a third in
the spin all inside 20 seconds for a quick clean
death and some wild video that you all love.
I cracked a monster mule deer as well while hunting
Alberta with Sundown Outfitters. So stay tuned for
some great, big game action.
